They are open every day from 6am to 2pm.
Call the restaurant and give them the numbers on it they ask for. You'll have your answer in seconds. I know this by having done it myself.
I'm pretty sure u can
A really good place. The blueberry pancakes were wonderful. Reasonably priced. Not the gourmet place you would take a first date, but for a tasty meal you can't beat it.
If you’re looking for a place to reenact pre-segregation 1970s dining experience you found it .Simple put if your not family your not very welcome. But don’t worry 😉 They will have you in and out of there in 10 minutes, five minutes to order and heat the cafeteria food up, Five minutes to eat and watch midtown’s lames family’s pass by. Would not recommend spending any time on a Sunday morning here unless your over the age of 55 and white. I would say the only reason for the star is for the handicapped coffee server. He seem to have the best attitude in the whole place a star for him.
Absolutely the best biscuits ever. I am talking melt in your mouth best. The service is top notch and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Be aware, though. The place is smallish so there may be a wait. Totally worth it.
Very good biscuits and gravy
Awesome breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Even the cooks and bussers are genuinely friendly. Classic American diner, great food, great people. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow!
Food was good but the butter is rancid. No working phone apparently. Totally grossed out.
Sarah is our favorite waitress. She is always sweet to us, remembers us and makes us feel at home!!!The food is excellent, pretty much every time. The best part, it is owned locally!!
Good food. The burgers were bigger than I though
Best diner in town
Good food and great lunch specials! I've been going here since I was a kid and the fried chicken is still the best! One of my go to for comfort food
Absolutely loved Phill's. Had a great two-egg breakfast. The bacon is excellent. My wife's omelet was enormous and tasty. Good coffee too. And the service was amazing! Ask for Sarah as your waitress and you won't be disappointed.
Food was great very much a local flavor. It's not a large diner it's worth the stop.
One of the best places to eat in town! Great prices, food, and staff.
The food is great and the service is amazing
Delicious! Hopefully the library won't get to big and take out this place also. I miss Bankcock!!
Prompt service. Good selection. Not a fan of par boiling the hash browns... Too mushy. Otherwise, a very good breakfast at a good price.
That redhead Jerry is just amazing! Loved my breakfast too
Great place we love the mom and pap places. Great food
People are very rude if you're not a regular, old, and white. Absolutely ZERO social distancing. Also, I've had plenty of better breakfasts in town. This place is a waste of your appetite and patience.
Eggshells in my omlett, in addition to some of the worst service I've ever had. I went with a friend and had typical experience the first time, brought a few friends with me the next time and was embarrassed for making the suggestion.
Old fashion diner great food waitress kept my coffee refilled one of the best breakfast I've had just good warm your soul type food also reasonable coffee under two dollars and plenty of refills
Greats: A+ service, soul nourishing food, *pinch me* prices, daily specialsNot so greats: could use an update
Great burgers, and the best homemade fries. great service
Best little diner in town, unpretentious and just good place to experience good food and people.
Very good service and food..
Good home cooking. Excellent breakfast
Good place! Fast service, good food at reasonable prices gets my business every time! I'll be back!
Local experience but there is better elsewhere in Tulsa.
Delicious food. Food menu was good.
No bueno. Service was rude and short. Prices too high for the poor customer service. Perhaps it was just a bad day. The food tells me not to return.
Just a simple door dash order for my first experience, but my expectations were shattered! I rarely review anything and felt it necessary. Well done!
Great food good prices
We had the Eggs Benedict and this was the best food, best service and the best time! Louise was our server, shes a doll! The cook was on point, the busser had coffee ready before we were. There was not a moment where we were in need of anything .
My favorite breakfast spot. The b&g is bomb.
Best little diner in town
Best diner in Tulsa. Tally's may have more neon but Phil's has better food.
Great place to beGreat food and service
Locally owned, good service, hot food, great coffee says it all.
Classic diner food. My son really enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger. Very cozy scene. Conveniently located. Reminded me of a Norman Rockwell poster.
Best. Breakfast. In. Tulsa. What makes needs to be said? The interior is well dated but that's the charm. I have only had breakfast there and as such can't comment on other food. I would definitely recommend this place. It gets packed though.
Awesome Breakfast 👍Food was cooked great, the waitress was an absolute delight. Prices were fair.Good ol home cooking at it's best.Highly recommend it.
Banana pecan pancakes weekday mornings!!!
Great food and such quick service. The opener was there. Very personable! Good job Phil!
So me amd my boyfriend visited this place early in the week. He had been telling me about the food here so I was really excited to go. The first meal was great, so we decided to go again on Thursday. Absolutely horrible!😔When I received my plate, the hashbrowns tasted like blueberry and the sausage looked like plastic. The waitress came amd ask if I wanted anything else, and I nicely replied no thank you. I don't believe in sending food back. She took the meal off and apologized. She was nice and I replied saying no problem, I understand. The issue came with the older lady, my boyfriend explained the situation and she became nasty and stated it was cooked this morning. I spoke with my boyfriend and said it wasn't worth it. Needless to say, we won't be back! Its a shame cause we love to eat, we weren't asking for anything, she didn't have to be rude. What a way for our elders to teach the younger generation.😔
Perfect for good old fashion breakfast. None of that fancy overpriced millennial food with wierd names.. service is great, always packed..
One of the best breakfast places in Tulsa. Good coffee, friendly servers and great classic diner food. The food comes fast and won't hurt your wallet.
Really a complete local dinner hidden from the fast food restaurant, will go again next time I'm in Tulsa
Real food! Or at least i think so. Steps above fast food. Attentive and prompt service. Always kept my glasd full until i said no more. Real corn beef hash made from scratch and not from a can. Parking may prove to be an issue.
Good folks. Good food. Good portions. GREAT place!
Excellent service! My omelet was one of the best...
